Fire destroys Nilai paint factory

SEREMBAN: A fire destroyed a factory processing paint for vehicles in Nilai early today.
Nilai Fire and Rescue operations officer Ahmad Ridhwan Yahya said the station rushed 12 fire-fighters to the scene after being summoned at 4.32am.
These fire-fighters were assisted by 13 more from the Seremban 2 and Mantin stations at the height of the blaze, he said.
"The fire was brought under control at 5.30am. The factory was totally destroyed. No one was injured," he said when contacted by Bernama.
The cause of the fire and the damage had yet to be ascertained. — Bernama
